Full Job Description
We are looking to hire a Supervisor to join our Bike Field Operations Department. As a Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Bike Field Operations team, and responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity, compliance, and safety. You will support our field staff, communicate with multiple levels of management, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily field operations, including system rebalancing, battery swapping, and asset recovery.
- Monitor key performance indicators for service and fleet performance.
- Use reporting tools to closely follow shift productivity.
- Escalate issues effectively through appropriate channels.
- Promote compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Duties Include, but Are Not Limited to:
- Review daily driver requirements and dispatch up to 40 drivers to meet these requirements.
- Manage daily fleet needs, including contacting 3rd party vendors to arrange service and repair.
- Report daily employee attendance to management in accordance with the attendance policy.
- Monitor and coach drivers on daily performance.
- Manage Client and 3rd party portals, reporting Lost/Misparked Ridables and creating tasks based on the provided information.
- Be the point of contact for drivers in the field, taking reports of accidents and incidents, and ensuring that all information is reported to the correct authorities.
- Manage several Google Sheets that aid daily operations.
Schedule
2 weeks training on a AM schedule
Friday, Saturday 10PM-6:30AM
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 2PM-10:30PM
Requirements
- Leadership experience, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or operations field. Prior experience with bikeshare or micromobility services is preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills, the ability to use technology provided by the company.
- People oriented and able to leverage this skill to increase productivity and performance
- Ability to read and interpret data related to key operational metrics.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based operational requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, bend, crawl, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules based on business needs.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a forklift License.
- Familiar with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, the Field Ops Supervisor may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities, up to and including work in the field.
