Supervisor, Bike Field Operations

We are looking to hire a Supervisor to join our Bike Field Operations Department. As a Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Bike Field Operations team, and responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity, compliance, and safety. You will support our field staff, communicate with multiple levels of management, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. 

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily field operations, including system rebalancing, battery swapping, and asset recovery.
• Monitor key performance indicators for service and fleet performance.
• Use reporting tools to closely follow shift productivity.
• Escalate issues effectively through appropriate channels.
• Promote compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
