Position Overview

Acentra Health is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to join their team. The Program Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting Acentra Health's mission.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs
• Supervise program staff and ensure adherence to program goals and objectives
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Provide training, guidance, and support to program staff
• Monitor program activities and outcomes to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in program planning, evaluation, and improvement efforts
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals
• Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in program management or a related role
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of healthcare programs and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $ 75,000-88,000 annually.

Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
