Key Account Assistant/Specialist

• Assist the Key account manager in supporting the company to maintain a high-quality standard in the industry, solving concerns from the company’s key clients, and analyzing and preparing reports as needed.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of important clients and prepare tailored solutions.
• Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying the pricing policy and utilizing market intelligence.
• Create and maintain customer SOPs for key account clients.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients.
• Track and trace the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery/dispatch rates for key accounts.
• Analyze data and identify the underlying causes for any issues based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers.
• Prepare and send AR billing invoices/statements to customers on a weekly basis and follow up on any late payments.
• Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Provide backup support to other team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree
• Possess experience within the logistics industry
• Demonstrate excellent aptitude in data analysis and reporting
• Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit qualities of being proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent, and assertive
• Display good leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Possess effective time management and organizational skills
• Prioritize customer satisfaction
• Work well as a team player
• Present strong report writing skills
• Preference given to candidates with good presentation skills
• Have a strong command of both written and spoken English, as well as Mandarin
• Display basic knowledge of geography

Pay Range: 19-21/Hour (Depending on expeirneces, we do offer senior level)
