Our company is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications to add to our nationwide team. New Home Star is the largest privately owned seller of new homes in America. As a member of our Marketing Team, you have the opportunity to support our corporate office and our new home builder partners to sell more homes more profitably. Our Corporate Support Office is located in the heart of downtown Elmhurst and is not your typical “corporate” setting. Pay Structure & Benefits

  • $45,000 salary + biannual bonus opportunities
  • Paid time off- vacation time, paid sick and safe time(PSST), and paid company holidays.

Requirements

New Home Star is seeking a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional to join our team. If you fit the requirements below, you are an ideal match for this position!

  • Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred in Marketing or Communications.
  • Background checks required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on content creation and exceptional spelling and grammar.
  • Strong project management, relationship building, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter who constantly seeks out new ways to improve and advance our mission.
  • Detail-oriented and driven to produce high-quality, error-free work.
  • Hunger for continual learning and skill development.
  • The ability to work in person two days per week at the Corporate Office in Elmhurst, IL, is required.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role focus on assisting with various marketing campaigns and work-flow including the following:

  • Maintain workflow within our Project Management System.
  • Collaborate and perform effectively on all projects in a timely manner.
  • Production of error-free, timely, and accurate campaigns and assets is paramount.
  • Conducting research to build campaigns as needed.
  • Taking notes during calls and meetings.
  • Schedule internal/external email campaigns.
  • Update monthly reporting for various campaigns.
  • Contribute in all possible ways to building the best team in the world.
  • Any other responsibilities that are consistent with a Junior Marketing Coordinator role.
