Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent that fits the company culture and values.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
- Collaborate on performance management processes, guiding managers in goal-setting, feedback, and development.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvements.
- Engage in succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Proficient in recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000
