Responsibilities:
Community Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact and a welcoming presence, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and valued from the moment they step into our building.
- Organize and manage professional and social events, ensuring they are well-received and inclusive.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of our colleagues and guests, customizing their experiences to enhance their daily interactions.
- Maintain an active presence both in person and online, managing effective communication and fostering connections among colleagues.
- Create and distribute engaging communications, such as newsletters and announcements, to keep everyone informed and connected.
- Manage front desk operations and organize business spaces, ensuring our events and daily activities run smoothly.
- Encourage networking among colleagues, helping to build professional relationships and community within the workplace.
- Be adaptable and open to introducing new ideas and methods to improve our business environment and colleague engagement.
Human Resources:
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Implement and manage the employee engagement survey.
- Create and manage SOPs (standard operating procedures).
- Organize annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources and/or business management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient with digital communication tools and platforms, ATS, and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A creative thinker and problem-solver who is enthusiastic about enhancing colleague experiences and facilitating a connected workplace.
