Hospice After Hours LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced After Hours LPN to join our hospice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospice care and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients in their homes
• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families about hospice care
• Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure patients receive the best possible care
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies

Qualifications:

• LPN license in the state of [state]
• 2+ years of experience in hospice care
• Strong understanding of hospice philosophy and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
