We are seeking a compassionate and experienced After Hours LPN to join our hospice team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospice care and be comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to hospice patients in their homes
- Assess patients' needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families about hospice care
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure patients receive the best possible care

Qualifications:
