POSITION DESCRIPTION

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at Skin Clique, you'll enjoy the autonomy to design your own schedule and achieve unparalleled results for our patients. Our dedication to assembling a team of passionate providers starts with providing you with the resources and support necessary for success. You'll receive top-notch training from our team of experienced injectors and physicians, who exemplify joyful medicine and are fully committed to supporting and mentoring you for continuous growth. 

You will directly offer Skin Clique's services to patients in your local community, enhancing patient confidence and well-being through the provision of neuromodulator injections, dermal filler injections, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade skincare consultations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently perform professional injectable treatments (neurotoxin and dermal filler) in accordance with Skin Clique's protocols and accepted practices within a concierge service.
• Conduct patient consultations to determine the most appropriate treatment for their desired outcome and collaborate on a care plan with Staff Physicians and Clinical Specialists.
• Ensure medical equipment is in proper working order and restock the treatment inventory as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services and products offered by Skin Clique.
• Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards in accordance with laws, policies, and procedures.
• Actively promote Skin Clique's treatments, services, and retail products.
• Address patients' questions and concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a constructive attitude.
• Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Keep detailed records of all treatments for each patient in an electronic medical record.

NOTE: This position requires you to provide in-person, on-demand aesthetics procedures throughout your community.

Requirements

• Valid nurse practitioner (NP) license in the state of residence
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Aesthetics preferred, specializing in dermal filler and neurotoxin injections
• Must provide a portfolio demonstrating experience in dermal filler
• At least one (1) recommendation letter from a peer or a supervising/collaborating physician with whom you have closely collaborated during dermal filler injections is required
• Active DEA licensure or ability to obtain DEA licensure
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards patients
• Proficiency in social media and networking is beneficial but not required
