What will you do?
The person in this position will be mainly responsible for expanding our customer network in the United States. The Enterprise Account Executive is a full-cycle sales role that will land new customers, develop relationships with our larger existing customers of CtrlChain, and play a foundational role in the growth of our sales team.
The successful candidate in this role will make sure to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, while also being able to understand and follow trends in the North American logistics/transportation market.
Requirements
Your main tasks:
- You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- You will actively engage with shippers to drive maximum shipment growth, margin and revenue.
- You will develop a strong pipeline of new clients & growth opportunities.
- You will create your own strategic account-based sales plan and implement it.
- You will monitor the sales cycle from lead generation through ongoing account management to ensure success.
- You will act like an owner in building and growing their book of business and hit/exceed team targets.
- You will close deals with C-Suite/senior executive stakeholders.
- You will foster strong relationships with the key players and decision-makers within the aligned partner base.
- You will partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- You will effectively communicate the CtrlChain value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Other relevant tasks as required.
Who are you?
- You have at least an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
- You have 8-10 years of logistics experience.
- You have 4+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in account-based sales is preferred.
- You have proven experience in outbound prospecting.
- You have experience in both building (0-1) and scaling up (1-10x) new business.
