We are actively seeking an Account Manager to join our team. You have a bachelor's degree with a few years of relevant professional experience, and a passion for design, writing, and marketing. You may also be looking for a career change, or returning to the workforce after a hiatus. Just wow us.
This is a remote job, with working Central hours.

Project Management:
- Lead small to medium-sized projects autonomously, assist in larger strategic projects
- Maintains day to day workflow for internal and client-facing projects
- Maintains budgets, progress reports, and timelines
- Quality control of design and written work prior to sending to the client
- Uses comprehensive communication skills to make a bridge between client and designer
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
- Creatively problem-solve to meet client needs in efficient and effective ways
- Use written and verbal communication skills to make a bridge between the client and the designers and developers
- Learn how to manage website design and development projects
- Assist digital projects with content population, SEO, and training the client in our Content Management System
- Assist marketing projects with creating plans, calendars, campaigns, and social media management
Client Management:
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs based on what success looks like
- Be responsive to clients’ requests
- Creatively problem solve and appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our services
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- An ambassador for Glantz Design
Strategic Work:
- Learn from senior account and design teams the strategy of design and communications, executing strategy on small projects
- Be able to assess a category that a client operates in, what drives a client’s business and how communications can drive solutions for the specific business problems of the category and/or the client
- Author creative briefs and documents
- Collaborates with creative directors, designers, and developers to understand and execute the goal of the client
- Lead SEO Strategy with internal and partners using analytics and competitive analysis
- Manage small team Rocks for process improvements
- Understand client industries, their business drivers, and tailor communications to address their specific challenges
- Assist in user research to better understand the customer, contextualized with data
Mentorship:
- Mentor project managers and interns
- Mentored by the Account Director and Creative Director
Growth Plan:
- In 6 months: Run medium to large projects autonomously
- In 1 year: Author strategy documents and contribute to UX strategy. Manage print projects and work with print vendors. Have leveraged two professional development PTO days to develop a new skill for continued learning. Take on new responsibilities to train and level up experience based on Senior Account Manager goals.
- In 2 years: Promotable to Senior Account Manager, where you would run medium accounts autonomously, contribute significantly to larger projects, and offer complex strategic solutions on projects. Set clear goals for the next 6 months.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Mid-Level, 3-5+years of relevant experience
