We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Office Manager to join our team at Drake Cooper. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our office and provide essential support to our team.
As the agency's brand ambassador, the Office Manager will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and enjoyable environment for our employee-owners, clients, vendors, and partners who visit our space. This position is central to fostering the Drake Cooper culture, promoting a safe and creative workplace that aligns with our mission to make this the best place we have all worked.
The Office Manager is a key member of the Agency Services Team and will report directly to the Vice President of People and Finance.

Responsibilities
- Take an active role in keeping up the appearance of our office
- Keeps kitchens well stocked, cleaned, and organized (we have 3 of them! and 56 Idaho employees)
- Manages office services by organizing office operations and supplies
- Key role in conference room setup and partnering with IT on conference room tech
- Works with the building manager on facilities management; evaluates vendor relationships for these services and reports back to the building manager and VP
- Manages service vendors such as copiers, travel, janitorial, coffee/beverages, plants, etc.
- Defines procedures for retaining, protecting, retrieving, transferring, and disposing of records
- Champions DC Values & Culture
- Coordinates agency functions such as parties, offsite meetings, and various celebrations
- Works with the Agency Services Team to design and implement office policies
- Administrative Support for executives
- Assists executives with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Ensures clients are welcomed to the office and coordinates client meetings with the Account Team
- Oversees shipping and receiving duties for the agency
- Partners with vendors for office management of smaller offices outside of Boise
Requirements
- 5 + Years of professional experience
- Prior Office Management is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, Employee Owners, Clients, and vendors of all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Stay cool under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
