Help Desk Specialist

Timeshare Resales Hawaii is a leading company in the real estate industry, specializing in providing clients with top-notch timeshare resale services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining the company's computer systems and networks, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps
• Train users on basic computer operations and software applications
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
