Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of tax professionals.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Prepare and review complex business and commercial tax returns and filings.
• Research and interpret tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Advise clients on tax implications of various business transactions.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Preferred, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Experience managing and supervising a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
