Scrum Master

Fancy and Funky is on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to enhance our agile practices and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. As a Scrum Master, you will guide teams in the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, helping to streamline processes and improve team dynamics. You will facilitate communication between team members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Scrum principles and experience in coaching teams to achieve peak performance. Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members in agile practices and principles.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress and success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor team performance and help manage overall team health and dynamics.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and principles.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
