We're seeking highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our team to complete outbound cold calls to close sales deals with customers (contractors). You will use your communication skills, Networx sales training, and relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets. We offer paid training to teach you our products and that knowledge will prepare you to sell our value proposition to contractors. Responsibilities

  • Cold Call contractors to pitch the Networx product
  • Learn and apply the Networx sales process and systems, including scripts
  • Close sales deals by building rapport, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet KPIs including but not limited to Call Time and Number of Sales
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Provide a Laptop or Desktop computer for work use
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrated experience learning new software including but not limited to Office Suite, Email, CRM software and sales tools
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • This role will require some in-office work days; candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Atlanta (Buckhead) office weekly

Nice to Have

  • Face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision
  • Experience in the home improvement industry
  • Cold Calling Experience
  • Door to door sales experience

$38,000 annually plus Commission on every sale and other bonus opportunities!

Networx has a flexible approach to in-office work; for those living in the Atlanta, GA, Metropolitan area. This position is considered Hybrid with infrequent required and nonrequired days in the office for collaboration.
