Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Onsite - Alpharetta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Forecast sales volumes and budget requirements.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement customer retention strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the Biotech industry.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales-related tools (e.g., CRM software, Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
