Full Job Description
ProArch is seeking an Account Manager who is customer-centric, ambitious, and adept at understanding and effectively communicating the value of IT services. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in sales, particularly in selling and servicing managed IT services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach, leveraging their expertise to guide clients toward solutions that align with their business objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist senior sales executives in the sales process.
- Own the entire sales process - customer relationship, working with presales engineers to meet the needs of customers, negotiating commercials and legal terms, etc.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, prioritizing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and IT needs, with a focus on managed services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on how technology can drive business outcomes.
- Hold revenue targets for each financial year.
- Work closely with Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft and present tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Manage the sales process for new business opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of account activities and opportunities in CRM software.
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, activity, and forecasts.
- Run sales campaigns out of HubSpot.
Your skills are:
- Consultative approach to sales, with a focus on understanding and addressing client challenges
- Good understanding of services deal making and sales process, from lead to pre-sales to negotiations to closer and thereafter.
- Good understanding of how digital transformation happens
- Good understanding of how big data platforms and AI apps are being built.
- Good understanding of navigating a sales journey with a single-line problem statement from the client
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or account management, with a focus on selling and servicing managed IT services, support services, security services, and data-related solutions
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and address customer needs Previous experience in a technical sales or support role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
