RECRUITER

Job Duties:

·         Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions

·         Collaborating with managers monthly or as needed regarding needs

·         Attracting qualified candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

·         Assessing the applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

·         Conducting interviews with candidates via phone and/or zoom in a timely manner

·         Scheduling interviews with the management team

·         Send drug and background checks to candidates

·         Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the recruitment process

·         Participating in recruiting events

Job Requirements and Skills:

·         Responsible for recruiting warehouse-related positions and any roles as needed

·         Proven experience as a recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency)

·         Ability to conduct different types of interviews

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Must take the initiative, be self-directed, and have good time management skills.

·         Computer skills including Microsoft Office (especially excel)

·         Being goal oriented and focused

·         Must pass credit, background and drug test
