Absolute Plumbing Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service and dispatching, with a strong understanding of plumbing services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and optimal resource allocation.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician schedules using our CRM system (Service Titian).

- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service appointments, including any delays or changes in schedule.

- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize urgent service requests and resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and generating service reports.

- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes within the customer service and dispatching functions.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in customer service and dispatching, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing services and terminology is essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Service Titian).

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or dispatching is a plus.
