WORK PERFORMED
- Experienced and knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall repair, stucco repair, flooring, painting, various man lifts, power tools and troubleshooting.
- Have working knowledge of pressure washers and landscaping equipment.
- Complete work orders as assigned by the Facilities Director
- Assist with hurricane preparation of property.
- Maintain a safe working environment. report any safety concerns/issues with the Facilities Director.
- Ensure the proper care, maintenance and inventory of all property tools and equipment.
- Other duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Director.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE and PASS MVR
