WORK PERFORMED

• Experienced and knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, lighting, drywall repair, stucco repair, flooring, painting, various man lifts, power tools and troubleshooting.
• Have working knowledge of pressure washers and landscaping equipment.
• Complete work orders as assigned by the Facilities Director
• Assist with hurricane preparation of property.
• Maintain a safe working environment. report any safety concerns/issues with the Facilities Director.
• Ensure the proper care, maintenance and inventory of all property tools and equipment.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the Facilities Director.
