What You’ll Get:

  • Earning Potential:

12+ Months: $100,000

12-24 Months: $150,000+

24+ Months: $200,000+

 

Who You Are:

  •     A motivated self-starter looking for a paying commission-based sales career.
  •      Eager to learn about sales, mortgages, and how to communicate with clients effectively.
  •      A great communicator who thrives on building relationships with others.
  •      Ready to put in the effort now, with an eye toward long-term career growth.

Your Role:

  •      Work in-office with a great team while gaining invaluable experience in the mortgage industry.
  •      Answer and Make calls generated by our marketing campaigns
  •      Assist clients with consumer loan applications and learn to present loan options.
  •        Negotiate and educate clients into ensuring that they are in the right program from the very beginning.
  • Help our veteran sales staff and gain the skills needed to convert leads into long-term success.
