Key Responsibilities (Varies by Hotel):

  • Serve as the face of the hotel, offering a friendly and professional welcome to guests.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including reservations, guest services, and telephone operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and hotel operating systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Hotel Management is a plus.
