We require candidates to have at least 2 years of sales experience, though we highly favor those with over 5 years, as it indicates a deep-rooted expertise in sales. This opportunity is ideally suited for individuals possessing an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to tackle the challenges and embrace the innovations within the fast-moving business landscape.

Compensation
This career is primarily commission based but also includes stipends and bonuses.
For reference,, our financial representatives make an average of $55,000 in their first year, with potential for much more.

INCOME GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:

Average Compensation vs Top 25%

Year 1 | $50,000 - $99,000

Year 3 | $100,000 - $199,000

Year 5 | $150,000 - $250,000

Year 10 | $250,000+



Other considerations include:

  • Individuals holding active Life Insurance and/or Securities licenses will be promptly considered
  • Aggressive "transfer program" for existing licensed advisors looking for an Immediate Increase to existing trail compensation. May include (but not limited to): High GDC grid payouts, Upfront Transfer Bonuses, Paid Office Space & Technology costs, etc...
  • 4-Year degree preferred (BA/BS) 
  • 2+ Years of sales or relationship management experience preferred
