Absolute Plumbing Company is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative. If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and troubleshooting
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Proficiency with Service Titan Software
- High school diploma or equivalent
