Customer Service Representative

TD CONTRACTING GROUP is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a representative of our company, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any order-related issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
• Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes by identifying areas for enhancement and suggesting solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
