Description

Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics, a pioneer in the evolution of personal care since 1982, is dedicated to creating a healthy, professional, and caring environment for both clients and employees. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting daily operations, enhancing communication among departments, and ensuring that our front office runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Job Description:

  • Managing office tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and processing correspondence
  • Assisting with client communications and coordinating appointments
  • Providing support for marketing initiatives and promotional events
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary
  • Assisting with payroll and employee onboarding processes
  • Facilitating team meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes
  • Upholding Spa Sydell’s core values of Perseverance, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Growth, Respect, and Guest Satisfaction

Schedule:

  • Full-time position with flexibility for part-time hours available

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • History of punctuality, good attendance, and reliability
  • Must be adaptable and willing to assist in various tasks as needed
