Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CKH Group. In this role, you will provide vital support to our client and help ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and assisting with project management, making this a multifaceted role designed for an organized individual.
We trust you to:
- Responsible for client's reception duties.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Implement and maintain client procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with client policies.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of client meetings.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to the client.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the client database.
- Support the client with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
