Full Job Description

ProArch is seeking a Security and Compliance Account Executive (Sales). You will operate as the lead deal maker and closer for complex security and compliance solution opportunities in this role. To be successful, you should have the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently, develop cyber security sales strategies, and support new business opportunities, including defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement needs, and facilitating the articulation of potential solutions based on the client requirements. A Security and Compliance Account Executive must be a dedicated self-starter, comfortable operating without a detailed roadmap. A solid foundation in regulatory compliance, technical and operational security architecture related to client cloud, end-user, and remote access solutions, as well as a consultative approach to client engagement, will be keys to your success.

Deals may include some or all of the following examples of solutions 

  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) offerings include gap analysis, plan of action/milestone (POAM) development, system security plan development, and vCISO managed services. 
  • Security-managed services include vulnerability management, security awareness training, monitoring, detection, and response (MDR) services tied to 24x7 SOC. 
  • Other solution sales with heavy emphasis on Managed Services / Recurring Revenue sales.
  • Incident response and Disaster Recovery services.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize an account-based, consultative sales approach to aggressively network and prospect to generate new business relationships and qualify new leads. 
  • Ability to set appointments and convert qualified leads. 
  • Facilitate workshops and white boarding sessions during discovery phases, lead client negotiations, advise solutions to CxOs and evaluation committees, and act as the single point of client contact, supported by an Account Manager, for all deal-progression activities.   
  • Interact with senior client executives, including CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Boards of Directors, and evaluation committees.  
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions.  
  • Your opportunities will include assessing, consulting, and recommending products and services required to meet our client's business needs.  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; at least seven years of experience in Managed Services / Security and Compliance Solution Selling to IT and business executives.
  • Readiness to travel up to 10-30% annually.
