Full Job Description
Are you a CPA looking for a Fast-Track to Partner at a firm where overtime is accrued and can be used for additional days off outside of tax season?
This is a HYBRID position that requires 3-4 days per week in office.
Salary range is $125,000 - $150,000.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Manage clients' relationships and provide top quality tax and consulting service, including but not limited to tax planning, research, estate and gift taxes, business valuation and consulting.
- Prepare and review tax returns for small businesses and individuals
- Work with and manage a team of accountants
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- 3+ years public accounting experience
- Prior experience with estate and trust tax preferred
- Desire to work in a small business, family-oriented environment
