Pool Troopers is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the position's requirements, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Create and maintain reliable talent pipelines by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media outlets, and online platforms. Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits, make presentations, and maintain relationships.
- Maintain a high volume of communication through outbound/inbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Source candidates, review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants to present qualified candidates and offer feedback to hiring managers within tight deadlines.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, job boards, social media, newspapers, and other sources.
- Prepare recruitment materials, attend job fairs, and participate in recruiting sessions.
- Schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, phone) with hiring managers.
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, and occasional travel to various office locations.
Requirements
- Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a high volume recruiting position
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and personnel information systems
- Experience with ATS- Workable preferred
- Excellent people management skills; ability to read and persuade candidates, and communicate effectively
- Bi-Lingual Spanish A PLUS
