Social and Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

tarte cosmetics is looking for a social-savvy, creative & organized personal assistant who has extensive experience in social media & calendar coordination. This role will work onsite 2 times a week (flexible) in the Key Largo area (or able to commute from Miami), creating content & helping grow our CEO’s social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with filming, editing & posting social content
• Content brainstorming & copywriting
• Organizing the CEO’s social calendar
• Managing CEO’s social profiles & accounts like Amazon storefront & LTK
• Community management on all social platforms
• Additional PA responsibilities including handling: packages, returns, orders, etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a role involving social media management
• Strong video & editing skills (Capcut, TikTok, Instagram)
• In depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat & other platforms trends & best practices
• Flexibility in work hours, must be available weekends & evenings with ability to travel often
• Hybrid onsite in greater Florida Keys area (or able to commute from Miami 2x per week)
