Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

tarte cosmetics is looking for a socially-savvy Executive Assistant to our Founder & CEO based in the greater Florida Keys (or able to commute from Miami) area. The PA will be responsible for social media management, content creation, calendar coordination, travel & expense management, & serve as a liaison between departments. The ideal candidate has previous experience in an Executive/Personal Assistant or social media role. This position will involve extensive travel including domestic & international.

Responsibilities:

• Curate & manage tarte CEO's social content calendar across all social platforms
• Work cross-functionally with all departments to make sure all content needed is briefed & executed
• Help with scheduling guests on social media platforms for reoccurring series & content as needed
