Compiles, reviews, analyzes and verifies sales documents/reports for residential single-family home builder in order to effectively coordinate the new home start process and ensure proper financing, construction, and timely starts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Verifies all pricing, tracks flow of and processes change orders.
- Compiles all sales information; prepares and distributes daily, weekly and monthly sales reports required.
- Performs miscellaneous routine administrative functions to assist the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and sales consultants in daily workflow including, but not limited to, work processing, pricing updates, ordering, and maintaining sales materials supplies, etc.
- Process requests from Marketing Manager for community-specific marketing needs.
- Assist in setup and breakdown at community openings, sales meetings, and other events.
- Support the Digital Content Manager by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, editing, and labeling photos to upload, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
- Performs additional assignments as requested by supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience: High school graduate with at least one year of related work experience and/or training; general knowledge of home building industry within scope of sales contracts is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- General office and administrative skills to assist in the processing of departmental workflow.
- Customer-service oriented with professional and courteous attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside of organization; good organizational skills and detail-oriented aptitude.
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems, word processing and spreadsheet software packages.
