Full Job Description

OZ Digital LLC is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating through our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Empathetic and patient with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
