Recruiter

OneTouch Direct is an industry leader in providing exceptional contact center solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and strategic Recruiter to join our team and help us hire the talent necessary to support our growing business.

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various roles across multiple departments, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with company culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to improve processes and reduce time-to-fill for open positions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in high-volume recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
