Full Job Description
We are looking for an incredibly organized and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction by making post delivery calls and gathering feedback. Additionally, you will assist members with any ongoing customer service needs and keep them updated on any plan changes. This is an exciting full-time position based in our office, offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Phase I
- Post delivery calls. The primary job for this is to ensure Member satisfaction and to solicit an online review.
- Survey follow up calls to ensure world class service.
- Calling Members in regard to the Assured Care benefits and explaining how important the process is of having access to a network attorney for any amendments or changes.
- Participate in call campaigns
- Provide customer service to incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party.
Other Duties and Responsibilities: Training Phase II
- Estate Settlement Assistance
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and member facing roles or a related field.
- Paralegal certification highly preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
