Member Services Coordinator in Florida

We are looking for an incredibly organized and detail-oriented Member Services Coordinator to become a valuable part of our team. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction by making post delivery calls and gathering feedback. Additionally, you will assist members with any ongoing customer service needs and keep them updated on any plan changes.
