Full Job Description
National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Maintenance Clerk for our location in Palm Bay, FL 32905.
Job Description:
- Maintaining and managing inventory records and answering telephone calls.
- Tracking equipment for maintenance.
- Accounting tasks (pay bills to vendors, track temp hours worked, etc.)
- Make accurate reports on purchases, costs, vendors, and charges.
- Schedules Preventive Maintenance for vehicles and orders required parts for maintenance services.
- Files documents as needed.
- Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily as needed. Verifies the information entered by mechanics.
- Order parts that were requested.
- Receives, labels, stocks and dispenses parts to mechanics, supervisors and managers.
- Follows all safety policies and procedures.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
From 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay rate:
$18.00 HR. ( WEEKLY PAY )
Requirements:
- Own transportation
- UPDATED RESUME
- Able to work in any environment conditions
- Must pass verification of employment
- CLEAN BG & pass a Drug Test
- Able to start ASAP
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Knowledge of accounting Microsoft
- Multitasking, detail-oriented & organized person
- We will prefer someone with experience as a clerk in any auto parts store***
