About the job
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will be an integral member of the HR Team and serve as a critical team member supporting our team based in our headquarters facility in Lake Mary, Florida. The Lake Mary facility is critically important to the organization’s growth and driving future expansion.
How you’ll help shape the future of the Human Resources Department:
- Provide exemplary HR generalist support to our team based in our headquarters facility, including sales, marketing, purchasing, finance, marketing, R&D, and IT.
- Assist in building foundational HR practices and processes that will enable to business to scale and increase the organizations effectiveness.
- Back up in preparing and presenting HR strategies and key topics to Board of Directors and Private Equity Partners.
- Understand key business drivers/priorities and then formulate and execute appropriate solutions.
- Coach leaders and their teams regarding how to connect business strategy to people strategy.
- Build leader capability and reinforce accountability in the areas of talent, leadership, and culture.
- Display end-to-end systems thinking and ability to navigate complex situations while providing leadership and action.
- Strong business knowledge combined with analytical, negotiation, project management, influencing, communication and change management skills.
- Brings best in class industry experience and ability to attract talent through network.
- Strong business acumen to support and deliver results.
- Drive innovation in HR functions and processes
- Provide data-driven insights for decision making and strategic direction.
- Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services.
- Work in close partnership with stakeholders to deliver HR support and services.
- Assess risk related to employment matters and coach leaders in a consistent manner.
- Ensure effective utilization of performance management and development processes.
- Help identify creative sourcing strategies, particularly for critical roles and partner with talent acquisition team to execute.
- Outlined pay planning and performance management strategies and trained leaders.
- Provide HR advice and support to respective department heads with regards to both tactical and strategic HR issues to ensure optimal performance of their teams.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources with broad Generalist experience.
- Proven track record of working as part of Team and leading others.
- Excellent employee relations skills, coaching skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including at the executive level.
- Track record of meeting deadlines and going above and beyond.
- 10% of domestic travel may be required.
- M&A experience a plus.
- Highly proficient with HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including applicant tracking systems.
