We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our state-of-the-art location in Downtown Miami! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.
We are a prestigious, high-end concierge medical office looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, we require someone who can answer phone calls with energy and professionalism.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible to help ensure a memorable experience for our clients and patients. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orientating guests to the facilities, and providing personal guest service.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointments
- Explaining location amenities offered and answering guests' questions
- Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation
- Actively promote the business, treatments, services, and retail
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively with doctors and medical staff
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment through consistent monitoring
- Bilingual a Plus
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:
- Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills
- Must enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
- Must be a team player

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
