Field Service Technician

In this role, you will be ensuring our customers' safety and satisfaction by:

• Diagnosing and repairing issues with impact windows, doors, and hardware
• Performing maintenance and adjustments to optimize performance
• Providing exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all customer locations
• Completing service calls efficiently and adhering to all safety protocols

Requirements

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in window & door or related construction field
• Strong understanding of impact window and door systems
• Excellent problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license, clean background check, and ability to pass a drug test
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to grasp new computer systems
