Our client is a prominent provider of cutting-edge digital imaging solutions, serving consumer, business-to-business, and industrial markets across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
They are seeking a results-driven Sales Director based in the U.S. to lead and grow their business operations throughout the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and South America.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days remote. However, flexibility is required as office attendance may vary based on business demands
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand business performance across diverse regions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals through various sales channels.
- Oversee the U.S. sales team for the assigned product group while identifying opportunities to grow market presence.
- Manage existing partners and customers while actively working to broaden the client base.
- Foster new relationships by onboarding value-added resellers, business process outsourcers, and service centers.
- Design and execute long-term sales strategies to achieve success across all channels.
- Track progress and outcomes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with brand partners to run campaigns and establish development plans.
- Demonstrate expertise across B2B channels to meet and exceed established objectives.
- Act as a catalyst for change, driving transformative initiatives from concept to execution.
- Work closely with internal teams across U.S. and European business units.
- Serve as an active contributor and advisor to the Executive Management Team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in account management.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience selling software solutions at an executive level, with several years in management roles.
- Proven leadership capabilities and a history of success in team and organizational management.
- Expertise in business planning, development, and risk management.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other ERP systems; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to inspire and engage team members while maintaining adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts within the Americas.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
