Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve Customer Complaints: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner.
3. Promote Products and Services: Promote our products and services to customers, and provide information on pricing, features, and benefits.
4. Process Customer Orders: Process customer orders, including handling payments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
5. Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, order history, and customer preferences.
6. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues, and provide feedback on customer service processes.
7. Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets.
Requirements
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• The ability and willingness to work outside
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
