The Business Travel Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all internal travel arrangements for Amivision employees. This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and day-to-day management of travel logistics to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements for Amivision employees, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring alignment with company travel policies.
- Travel Policy Management: Develop, implement, and maintain internal travel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to negotiate corporate rates and secure favorable terms.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage travel budgets, track expenses, and prepare detailed reports to provide insights and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Traveler Support: Provide comprehensive support to employees during their travel, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Risk Management: Stay informed about travel advisories and potential risks, adjusting travel plans as necessary to ensure the safety and security of employees.
- Travel Management Software: Utilize travel management software to streamline booking processes, track expenses, and improve efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze travel data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the travel experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel management, with a focus on internal corporate travel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with travel management software and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess travel data and implement cost-effective solutions.
