CES POWER is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for tracking customer interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
