Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring high-quality client service and satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including preparing applications for new and renewal business, marketing, claims assistance, and invoicing.
- Ensure all service items, such as policy changes and certificates of insurance, comply with underwriting guidelines and authority.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, producers, and company personnel, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Perform accurate data entry and manage client information in our agency management system.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through seminars and classes.
- Support the Commercial Lines Manager and team with additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-20 licenses required
- 1-5 years of experience in an agency or industry-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard industry software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Industry designations or commitment to ongoing education will be viewed favorably.
