User Training Specialist (Cleared)

IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified User Training Specialist =in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C. 

We prefer candidates that have the confidence to tackle new technologies and stretch their competencies to areas of development that they may not have encountered before. The User Training Specialist will engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and aspirations related to a variety of written and visual business documents.

A successful candidate will also:

• Coordinate with community training organizations to facilitate the establishment of training standards and keep the training offices appraised of new or changing capabilities within training systems
• Develop baseline user training materials, plans, and schedules in support new or upgraded technology implementations
• Present recommendations for new or improved training programs, practices, and procedures

Requirements

• Years of experience: 3+ years of training management experience
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience coordinating training programs, developing and maintaining training materials, plans, and standards, and reporting training program status
• Experience gathering training requirements and developing training programs to satisfy them with a focus on new or improved technology
• Excellent verbal and written communications with advanced skills using the MS Office Suite of productivity tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. along with the ability to present technical data and approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in the Intelligence Community and/or DoD

Clearance Requirement:

• Must have active TS/SCI clearance, and willing/able to get CI Polygraph
